Dr. Donald R. James

Dr. Donald R. James has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Dr. Donald R. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Solero Technologies, a global supplier of automotive components. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Saia Inc. In their previous role at Joyson Safety Systems, they held the position of President for the Americas. Dr. James also has a long tenure at Continental, where they served as Vice President for Hydraulic Brake Systems - North America and held various other positions including Head of Segment Foundation, Sales Director, and Marketing Director. Before joining Continental, they worked at FEDERAL MOGUL as a Project Manager and Customer Service Manager.

Dr. Donald R. James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1994. Dr. Donald R. then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive MBA at Lawrence Technological University between 2004 and 2006. Continuing their education, Dr. James obtained a Doctor of Business degree in Sustainability and Sustainable Product Development from Lawrence Technological University from 2008 to 2011.
