Rosemary Welsh

Rosemary Welsh has a diverse work experience in purchasing, supply chain, production control, logistics, and materials management. Rosemary is currently serving as the Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain at Solero Technologies since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Production Control, Logistics, and Supply Chain Leader at BorgWarner Inc. from April 2021 to August 2022. Rosemary also served as the Materials Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation from January 2017 to April 2021 and the Demand Supply Planning Manager at Carrier HVAC from May 2015 to January 2017. Rosemary has earlier experiences at A.O. Smith, Enforge LLC, BESAM, and Alcoa, where they held roles such as Production Planning and Execution Lead, Materials Manager/Plant Finance, Materials Planner/Commodities Buyer, and Inventory Specialist/Senior Production Control Supervisor. Rosemary has demonstrated expertise in streamlining processes, developing training programs, implementing KPIs, and driving improvements in production scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Rosemary Welsh completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from King University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Pfeiffer University in 2004. Rosemary also holds another BS degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University, which they obtained in 2002.
