Frédérick Blanchette, CRHA, is the current President and Managing Partner at Solertia and has served as a member of the advisory committee at Merinio and Amélio since 2017 and 2018, respectively. With previous experience as a senior consultant in compensation and human capital at Ernst & Young and as a Consultant and Director at PSB Boisjoli, LLP, Frédérick has built a strong foundation in human resources and remuneration. Frédérick holds a BAA from HEC Montréal and completed further education in strategic compensation and workplace mediation.
