Matthew Dowdell

Matthew Dowdell's work experience begins in 2004 at Walmart, where they started as an Associate and eventually worked their way up to Assistant Store Manager. In their role as Assistant Store Manager, they led and mentored employees, addressed customer complaints, and created and delivered reports.

In 2015, Matthew became a Co-Owner of a self-employed venture, which lasted until 2018.

In 2018, Matthew joined Soles4Souls as the Director of Warehouse and Logistics. In this role, they effectively coordinated logistics between international and domestic partners, led and educated volunteers and clients, and mentored both in-house and remote teams. Matthew was later promoted to the Director of North American Warehouse and Logistics in 2019.

Overall, Matthew has a strong background in logistics, team leadership, and customer service.

Matthew Dowdell attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on Psychology and Organizational Leadership Studies.
