Operations and Coordination

The Operations and Coordination team at Soles4Souls is responsible for organizing and managing logistics related to travel for the organization's initiatives, coordinating travel schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of trips focused on collecting and distributing shoes and clothing. This team also specializes in developing independent projects, and coordinating volunteer and fundraising efforts, particularly in regions such as Puerto Rico, to sustain and expand Soles4Souls' impact in disadvantaged communities.
