Dillon Allen

Dillon Allen is the President of Solestiss, a role they have held since 2024. They are the Senior Manager, Projects & Advanced Nuclear Development at Entergy, where they manage the commercial relationship with the company's largest nuclear vendor partner and lead Advanced Nuclear Development efforts. They previously led Entergy's Project Controls organization (2017–2019) and the Portfolio Performance Management group (2015–2017), and they guided the Fukushima Project Controls program. Their background includes service as an Engineering Manager with the Naval Sea Systems Command (2001–2008). They hold a BS in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University (1996–2000), an MS in Engineering Science - Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School (2001–2003), an MBA from Mississippi State University (2011–2014), and a post-graduate certificate in Nuclear Engineering from Bettis Reactor Engineering School (2002).
