Petri Laakso

Petri Laakso has extensive experience in various roles and companies. Petri is currently the CEO and Partner at Soletair Power since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Valoe Oyj, first as a Project Manager from May 2016 to November 2017, and then as the Vice President of Projects from November 2017 to April 2019. Before joining Valoe Oyj, Petri held multiple positions at VTT, including Senior Scientist from August 2005 to May 2011, Team Leader from January 2012 to November 2014, and Senior Scientist again from June 2011 to December 2011. Petri also worked as a Researcher at Lappeenranta University of Technology from December 2002 to July 2005, and as a Development Engineer at Kvaerner Masa-Yards from May 2001 to November 2002.

Petri Laakso earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from LUT University between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in IPMA-C from PRY, Project Management Association Finland, in May 2015.
