Natalia Abreu Grieco

Natalia Abreu Grieco has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Natalia is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Solfácil since September 2022. Prior to this, Natalia worked at Amparo Saúde, where they held multiple positions, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) from August 2021 to September 2022 and Director of HR and Management from September 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Amparo Saúde, Natalia served as the Operations Director at QuintoAndar, an online marketplace for residential rentals in Brazil, from December 2016 to December 2019. Natalia also had a significant role at TAM, where they held the position of Head of Marketing & Product for TAM Viagens/LATAM Travel from May 2013 to September 2016.

Additionally, Natalia has experience working at Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Strategic Planning Senior Manager from January 2012 to May 2013, and at Bain & Company as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2010, where they worked on various projects related to corporate strategy, consumer goods, retailing, financial services, airlines, and the beverage sector. Natalia also has an early experience as an M&A intern at Deutsche Bank from February 2002 to November 2003.

Natalia Abreu Grieco (She/Her) has a diverse education history. Natalia obtained an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD in Singapore & Fontainebleau in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2003, they also took a course in Introduction to Marketing at the University of Toronto.
