Kristina Miljkovic is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in coaching, organizational design, and talent management. At Solflare, Kristina served as a Leadership & Performance Coach and L&D Strategist, where responsibilities included evolving L&D strategies, coaching C-level executives, and leading development programs. Prior experience at Levi9 Serbia involved consulting on personal development strategies, conducting the full adult education cycle, and providing business coaching. Roles as a Junior Talent Partner and Human Resources Intern showcased capabilities in recruitment and training program development.
