Lesia McKenzie

Lesia McKenzie has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Lesia is currently the Director of Human Resources at Solheim Senior Community since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cano Health from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. From 2017 to 2022, Lesia served as a Human Resources Manager at Los Angeles Jewish Home, where they oversaw employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and new hire orientation programs. In their role as a Human Resources Manager at Life Steps Foundation from 2014 to 2017, they developed and implemented HR policies and procedures, analyzed employment laws, and provided training and support to managers and staff. Lesia also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Country Villa Health Services from 2006 to 2014, where they provided consulting services in employee relations, policy management, benefits administration, and performance management.

Lesia McKenzie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University in 2007. Lesia then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2007 to 2008.
