Wendy Slayton

Wendy Slayton has extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Wendy is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Soliant since April 2020. Prior to that, they had various roles at The Adecco Group, serving as the SVP of Operations from October 2017 to April 2020, SVP of Human Resources from April 2013 to September 2017, and VP/Director of Human Resources from July 2010 to March 2013. Before working at The Adecco Group, Wendy was a (Sr.) Human Resources Manager at MPS Group from June 2002 to July 2010, where they provided HR support and training, consulted with legal teams, and advised managers on policy matters. Wendy also had a role as the Director of HR/Administration at Andersen LLP from September 2000 to June 2002, where they managed HR functions and recruiting. Wendy began their career at Kelly Services as a District Service Manager/Recruiter from 1994 to 2000.

Wendy Slayton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Bryant University. Additionally, they are Birkman Method Certified from Birkman (obtained in 2015) and has completed the I3 Leadership Program from INSEAD Executive Education in 2014.
