Allison Bogosian

Allison Bogosian, JD has a strong background in human resources and corporate strategy. Allison currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adela, Inc. and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Solid Biosciences. Prior to that, they worked at Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma America, Inc. as the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and CEO Office Chief of Staff. In this role, they led the development and execution of strategic imperatives and drove operational excellence across the organization. Allison also has experience in employment practices and global HR leadership, having worked at Nuance Communications and Shire. Allison furthered their education at Boston College Law School from 1998 to 2001, earning their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
