Collin Roessner

Collin Roessner is a Quality Engineer III and Powder Production Engineer II at Solid Power, Inc. since November 2022, with previous experience as a Process Development Engineer I at the same company. At Solid Power, Collin collaborated with various teams to optimize production workflows and conducted risk assessments for process control. Prior to this, Collin held multiple roles at Syngenta, including PSDP Associate, where responsibilities included managing production schedules and ensuring compliance at third-party facilities, as well as significant contributions in production engineering and formulation engineering. Additional experience includes serving as a Process Engineering Co-op at Syngenta, leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Collin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Postgraduate Certificate in Brewery and Distillery Science from Heriot-Watt University, and enrollment in a MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics.
