Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and business development. Currently serving as a Contract Compliance Specialist at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County since November 2018, Tim previously held positions such as Business Consultant at the Minority Business Development Agency and Business Development Manager at Paragon Florida, Inc., where management of the Paragon Venture Loan Fund was key. Tim's prior experience also includes roles at SunTrust Bank as VP, managing significant loan portfolios and receiving "Peak Performer" awards, and positions at ShoreBank and Charter One Bank focused on commercial lending. Tim began a career in banking at National City Bank, culminating in a comprehensive background in various aspects of commercial real estate and small business financing. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cleveland State University.
