Louisa Cowell

Louisa Cowell serves as a Fast Streamer in the UK Civil Service since September 2024, building on a robust background in activism and charity management. As a Member of the Board of Trustees and Central Team President at SolidariTee since January 2020, Louisa oversees fundraising, communications, and outreach efforts within the organization. Previous roles include Outreach Officer at SolidariTee, where a focus on the refugee crisis was emphasized, and a philanthropic management position with NSPCC. Additional experience includes a Human Rights Internship at ATD Fourth World, where research supported a social media campaign on poverty and family rights. Louisa holds an MPhil in Political Theory from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Bristol. Early education was completed at The Queen's School in Chester.
