Nadia Yael Mahgerefteh

Nadia Yael Mahgerefteh has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. In 2013, they had a work experience week at IBM and also participated in monthly mentoring sessions with a senior information developer at the company. These experiences provided their with an understanding of IBM's software and operations, as well as insights into different roles and work areas within the company. In 2015, they collaborated with a Professor of Chemical Engineering at University College London (UCL) to construct a website for the PipeTech software, which is used by major oil and gas companies for pipeline safety assessment. In 2016, they led a team at Microsoft in developing a cross-platform mobile application designed for the visually impaired, using Bing Maps API and the Cordova Speech Recognition Plugin. Nadia Yael also organized a JavaScript coding summer school in collaboration with in2scienceUK and UCL in 2016, aimed at supporting aspiring computer scientists from low-income backgrounds. Most recently, in 2018, Nadia worked as a Junior Full Stack Developer at IBM before joining Solidatus in 2020 as a Full Stack Software Developer.

Nadia Yael Mahgerefteh completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from UCL in the years 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended JFS from 2007 to 2015, although the degree name and field of study for their education at JFS are not provided. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from IBM in August 2018, including Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Explorer, Node-RED: basics to bots, and Watson and Cloud Foundations.
