Josefine Blomén

Josefine Blomén has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Head of People & Culture at SOLIDICON, a gaming platform company. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Winningtemp Sverige, where they strategized with HR and managers to create high-functioning teams and implemented systems to improve employee well-being. Josefine also co-founded Hela Sverige Samlas, and worked as a Key Account and HR Project Manager at Awesome Group AB, providing sales and project management support for their employee experience platform. Additionally, Josefine has experience as a Head of Recruitment at GM Moving Message AB, where they managed the entire recruitment process and streamlined personnel processes. Josefine also held multiple roles at Sector Alarm, including Dispatcher, Manager of Learning & Development, Acting Leader, Learning and Development Lead, and Customer Service staff. Lastly, they served as the President of Pegasus Göteborg, the HR student association at the University of Gothenburg.

Josefine Blomén earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management from the University of Gothenburg, where they attended from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Pedagogy at the same university from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as "Winningtemp Present with impact in virtual meetings" from Dale Carnegie Training in March 2021 and "Cut-e - mapTQ, shapes, scales" from cut-e Sverige in November 2017.
