Jacquelyn Fricano

Jacquelyn Fricano is an experienced Account Specialist at Solidifi since September 2021, focusing on client-driven business management and ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes a role as a Communications Intern at the American Red Cross, supporting the Chief Communications Officer and collaborating on various projects. Additional positions include food service at Connor's Hot Dog Stand, where leadership responsibilities included training, customer service, and inventory management, and a brief tenure as a Telephone Service Representative at M&T Bank. Jacquelyn also offered direct support to individuals with special needs as Direct Care Staff at Claddagh Commissions/SASI, and participated in a public relations campaign for Unyts as a Student PR Coordinator during collegiate studies.
