Michelle Patrick

Michelle Patrick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career at Equifax in 1995 as a System Analyst, where they worked until 1997. Afterward, they joined Suncoast Appraisals & Investments, Inc. in 2000 as a Staff Appraiser, obtaining their appraisal trainee and state certification. Michelle continued to work as a fill-in supervising appraiser and certified appraiser even after starting their own company, Lithia Appraisal Services, Inc., in 2002. At Lithia, they served as the CEO and provided residential real estate appraisals as well as appraisal review services. In 2015, they joined Solidifi as a Compliance Review and eventually transitioned to the role of Compliance Analyst. Michelle is currently working at Solidifi as the Director of Valuations Compliance.

Michelle Patrick studied accounting, finance, and banking at HCC without completing a degree. Michelle also obtained certifications as a Florida Real Estate Sale Associate and a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Florida.
