Shannon Hiczewski

Shannon Hiczewski has a diverse and extensive background in operations and client services, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Client Services at Solidifi since September 2016. Previous roles at Solidifi include Account Manager, Operations Support Specialist, and Account Specialist. Prior to joining Solidifi, Shannon worked as a Marketing Coordinator at The Magellan Group from January 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing marketing and communications, event development, finance administration, and healthcare reform within a management consulting context focused on performance improvement and organizational development.
