Rachel Kneepkens is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in strategy and performance within the payer sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Optum Health Payer Strategy & Performance, Rachel has previously held various leadership roles at Optum, including Director of Health Network Strategy & Operations and Director and Chief of Staff for Value-Based Care Growth. Rachel's expertise includes advising on value-based care initiatives and facilitating cross-functional alignment of business priorities. Prior experience includes a summer associate role at Medtronic and multiple positions in business development at HealthPartners. Rachel holds an MBA in Healthcare & Strategy from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
