Andrew Morning-Smith is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in hardware architecture and power management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Solidigm Vancouver since January 2022, Andrew also holds the role of Hardware and Power Architect for Solidigm's Solid State Drives. Prior to this, Andrew spent over 18 years at Intel Corporation, where contributions included serving as a Principal Engineer focusing on hardware and power delivery for Solid State Drives, along with various engineering roles. Earlier experience includes positions at West Bay Semiconductor as a Validation Engineer, and at Broadcom as a Design Engineer Coop. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University, obtained in 2002.
