Brian Petirs

Brian Petirs is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and governance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Affairs and Governance at Solidigm since February 2022, Brian previously held the position of Director of Corporate Finance and Disclosure Legal at Intel Corporation from January 2016 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Brian was Senior Corporate Counsel at Synopsys Inc. from July 2011 to January 2016 and worked as an Associate at Jones Day from October 2005 to November 2009. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Integrative Biology and Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
