Coach Rick Kolster, CBC, is a distinguished Business Performance Coach and the Chief Coaching Officer at Peak Performance Group TX, LLC, which Coach Rick founded in January 2003. Renowned as a Hall of Fame Executive Coach in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, Rick specializes in performance and leadership coaching, sales training, and keynote speaking. Coach Rick developed the Peak Performance Group's Emerging Leaders Academy TM, aimed at fostering leadership in organizations.
