Michal Magen Cohen has a wealth of experience in the field of project management. Starting in 2008, Michal worked as a Planning & Monitoring at Orantech Group. In 2009, Michal took on the role of Planning and Monitoring in the IT Division at Teva Pharmaceuticals. From 2011 to 2014, Michal worked as an EMEA Software Delivery Manager at Sparta Systems, Inc., managing a project roadmap end-to-end and designing and delivering workshops and on-site training to clients across Europe. In 2016, Michal became the Head of Professional Services and Founding Member at DOT Compliance. In 2019, Michal founded My Older Sister - Second-Hand Community Marketplace and also took on the role of Project Manager for Information System Implementation and Management. Currently, Michal is a Technical Project Manager at Solidus Labs.

Michal Magen Cohen attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2019 to 2021, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. and earned their B.S.C Engineer in Industrial Engineer - Information Systems.
