Aviv Shalit

Aviv Shalit started working as a Researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science in July 2017, a position that they held until November 2022. During their time at the institute, Aviv also served as a Teaching Assistant from October 2018 to November 2022. Aviv's most recent work experience is as an Algorithm Developer at Solidus, starting in October 2022.

Aviv Shalit pursued their education in a range of scientific disciplines, focusing primarily on physics. Aviv began their academic journey in 2012 at Tel Aviv University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics in 2015. Seeking further knowledge and specialization, Shalit joined the Weizmann Institute of Science in 2016, where they received their Master of Science in Theoretical Physics in 2018.

Continuing their research and academic pursuits, Shalit pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2018 to 2022. Simultaneously, they expanded their knowledge into the realm of financial mathematics by enrolling in WorldQuant University in 2020. Shalit successfully completed their Master of Science in Financial Mathematics in 2022.

Additionally, Shalit emerged with a certification in Master of Science in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University in August 2022, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
