Philip Bowes

Philip Bowes is a bi-lingual Senior Manager for Training and Development at Solifi, specializing in onboarding excellence, corporate training, and leadership development. From 2006 to 2013, Philip held various positions, including Manager at McDonald's and Seller at KC Accommodation, while funding their university studies. Philip served as a Recruitment Consultant at Vivid Resourcing Ltd and later as a Senior Key Account Manager at Harvey Nash Deutschland. In addition to their role at Solifi, Philip actively contributes as a member of the ESG Committee and serves as Chairman of the Munich Cricket Club. Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Hull and completed A Levels at King Edward VI School.
