Al Oliveira

Al Oliveira is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in instructional design and training management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Learning, Development and Training at Kenvue since July 2024, Al leads initiatives to enhance training programs. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Learning & Development at KPMG US from November 2016 to June 2024, where Al was instrumental in designing and implementing effective learning solutions while overseeing performance management. Additionally, Al held the position of Manager of KBS Digital Learning, focusing on improving learner experiences through innovative digital assets. Al's career also encompasses a role as Training Development Manager at First Data Corporation, specializing in global training programs, and as Senior Instructional Designer at Vonage, where Al developed bilingual curricula and managed training projects. Al holds a BFA in Computer Animation/Graphic Design from William Paterson University of New Jersey and studied Graphic Design at Rutgers University.
