Sandesh Siddaramanna

Sandesh Siddaramanna serves as the Vice President of Engineering & Quality at Soliflex Packaging Pvt Ltd, leading manufacturer of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs). Prior to this role, Sandesh held the position of AVP - Manufacturing at DriveX, focusing on scaling production in the mobility sector. Sandesh's extensive experience includes serving as TPM Leader and General Manager Operations at Wakefit, overseeing multiple manufacturing plants and implementing world-class manufacturing practices. Previous roles include Plant Head & Operational Excellence Specialist at Armes Maini Storage Systems, General Manager at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. and Featherlite, and various management positions focused on operations and continuous improvement at companies such as Autoliv and Saint-Gobain. Sandesh possesses advanced degrees in Operations Management from ICFAI Business School and The ICFAI University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SJCE.
