Roxanne Weisbrot

Roxanne Weisbrot, CPA, currently serves as the Corporate Controller at Soligenix, Inc. since June 2022. Prior experience includes a consultant role at BDO USA, LLP from 2018 to 2021, where responsibilities involved complex balance sheet carve-outs and supporting legacy accounting and finance functions. Roxanne held the position of US Financial Controller and Treasurer at Dovetail from 2011 to 2018, overseeing all accounting and finance operations for North America, and previously managed financial operations at Helios & Matheson North America Inc. as Corporate Controller and Interim Secretary from 2005 to 2011. Roxanne's earlier career includes roles as Assistant Controller at Odd Job Stores from 2000 to 2005 and Accounting Manager at Strauss Discount Auto from 1993 to 2000. Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider University.
