Caitlin Donley, CFRE, currently serves as the National Director of Development at Solihten Institute, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Caitlin was the Director of Philanthropy at The Relatives from October 2022 to December 2024 and the Chief Advancement & Finance Officer at Safe Alliance from February 2018 to October 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the Development Manager at the Humane Society of Charlotte and the Leadership Membership Manager at Levine Museum of the New South. Caitlin began a career in development and alumni relations at UNC Charlotte. Educational qualifications include completion of the Allstate Foundation Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Caitlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and French from Bishop's University.
