David Malings is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing telecom operations. Currently serving as Telecoms Manager at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council since September 2021, David is responsible for a team of 4 and a user base of 3000, having developed a telephony roadmap for a modern workforce.
