Paula Thompson

Paula Thompson has been working at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council since April 2008. Paula currently holds the title of Manager of the Specialist Inclusion Support Service (SISS), which consists of five specialist teaching teams. Paula also works as the Team Manager for the Communication and Learning Difficulties Team, overseeing specialist teachers in schools within Solihull. Additionally, Paula has experience as a SENCo at Alderbrook School and as a Special Education Teacher at St. Edmund Campion Secondary School. Paula has a Master of Education in Dyslexia Studies from the University of Birmingham and a Certificate in Communication and Language Difficulties from the University of Warwick.
