Natalie Sellier has a diverse work experience. Natalie began their career as an Internal Audit Senior at Gannett Co., Inc. from August 2003 to September 2005. Natalie then joined Friedman Billings Ramsey Group as an Internal Audit Senior from October 2005 to June 2007. Natalie later joined Solimar International in August 2007 as a Project Manager, and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. At Solimar, they specialized in tourism development and managed programs for various organizations, including National Geographic and the World Bank. Natalie focused on strategic planning, sustainability, product development, capacity building, and marketing. Natalie also utilized their business background to assist small tourism enterprises and destination management organizations in achieving financial sustainability through strategic business planning and market linkages.

Natalie Sellier completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and International Business at James Madison University from 1999 to 2003. Natalie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sustainable Destination Management at The George Washington University School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
