Prior experience includes roles at Fair Oaks Foods as Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing food safety and quality improvements, and at Jack Link's Beef Jerky as HACCP/ISO Coordinator, managing compliance with ISO audits and enhancing production efficiency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Lubar College of Business.
