Quality Assurance Team Lead at Solink

Cecilia Leong has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Cecilia began their career as a Relationship Lab Research Assistant and an I/O Psychology Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in 2011. In 2013, they became a Customer Service Representative at Rez-One. In 2014, they were an Administrative Secretary at International-ASET. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Nordstrom as a Service Experience Specialist and a Bobbi Brown Sales. During this same time period, they also held a Key Holder role at Me to We. In 2017, they became the Retail & Spa Manager at ORESTA organic skin care apothecary. In 2020, they joined Solink as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, Customer Support Manager, Customer Support Team Lead, and Customer Support Representative.

Cecilia Leong attended The Woodlands Secondary School before completing their Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 2013. Cecilia also holds two certifications from the Canadian Mental Health Association: Mental Health First Aid, which they obtained in June 2014, and ASIST, which they obtained in May 2017.
