Khyati Garg

Khyati Garg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Khyati started their career in 2017 as a Marketing and Operations Specialist at Balwant Book Depot, where they successfully managed a wholesale stationery business and organized large-scale events. In 2021, they worked as a Front Desk Representative at Lastman's Bad Boy, welcoming customers and handling inquiries. Khyati then joined Metro Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided exceptional service to multiple customers and trained colleagues. In 2022, Khyati worked at Algonquin College School of Business as an Event Co-host/Facilitator, demonstrating excellent communication skills and developing a webpage for a summit. Khyati also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Colio Estate Wines & Thornbury Village Craft Cider and Beer, driving sales and maintaining inventory control. Khyati's experience also includes roles at Amazon, where they served as a Learning Ambassador and Quality Coach, and at Solink as a Customer Support Representative.

Khyati Garg attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Diploma of Education with a focus on Business Management and Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, social media marketing, and customer experience.
