Kd Shull

KD Shull serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at Solis since October 2023, overseeing legal operations at one of the largest inverter manufacturing companies globally, with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. Previously, KD Shull held the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Flex Technology Group from October 2019 to September 2023, managing legal functions for a growing family of over 20 affiliated companies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Legal Affairs at Huawei from 2008 to October 2019, where responsibilities varied significantly within the international telecom giant. Earlier roles also include practicing as an attorney at Passman & Jones, focused on litigation and diverse legal fields, and at Foster & Sear, where extensive litigation experience was gained.
