Joni Reich

Joni Reich has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management. Joni is currently the Vice President of Operations at Solis Mammography, a position they began in August 2021. Prior to that, from August 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Vice President of Operations for MGPS at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic.

Joni's earlier experience includes roles at Trinity Health (HQ Michigan), where they held positions such as VP of Clinical Integration Operations, Physician Network, Director of Operational Excellence, and Director of Primary Care, Physician Network. In these roles, they oversaw the operations and management of various medical practices, including safety net, faculty, and residency practices. Joni was responsible for optimizing performance and financials, with oversight of a network of over 100 physicians and staff. Joni held these positions from April 2013 to August 2019.

Joni Reich completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution with a concentration in Sales, Science, and Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Joni later pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.
