Sphr/Mhcs Mary Simmons

Mary Simmons, SPHR/MHCS, has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mary recently served as the Chief People and Culture Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Solis Mammography from September 2018 to present. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they were the VP of HR Business Partners and Corporate Services at Vizient, Inc.

Mary also held significant positions at MedAssets from 2006 to 2016, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for leading all HR operations and aligning them with the business objectives of the company. Additionally, they provided expertise and assistance in areas such as employee relations, talent management, leadership development, and culture change initiatives.

Before joining MedAssets, Mary worked at Broadlane as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they acted as a trusted advisor and business partner to company leaders. In this role, they guided them on managing complex employee relations matters.

Mary began their career at Tenet Healthcare in 1997, where they served for nearly a decade as an HR Director.

With their diverse and highly skilled background, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of HR and is well-equipped to handle strategic roles and drive impactful change within organizations.

Mary Simmons, SPHR/MHCS has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in HR from The University of Texas at Dallas. In addition to their degree, they are also a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, which they obtained in March 2019.
