Kailas Darade

Kailas Darade currently serves as the AVP HR at Solitaire since September 2023. Previously, Kailas held the position of VP - HR at IndoSpace from July 2017 to September 2023 and was involved in the setup of HR Shared Services at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company within a brief tenure in 2017. Earlier experience includes roles such as AGM - HR at IndoSpace, Dy. GM - HR at Essar Group, and Human Resource Business Partner at Future Group. Kailas began a career in HR at Metro Polymers Pvt. Ltd and Cobit Engg, managing various aspects of talent acquisition and performance management. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Personnel Management from JDC Bytco, along with several diplomas in labor law.
