Thomas East

Thomas East has diverse experience in outdoor and safety roles, currently serving as Ski Patrol at Solitude Mountain Resort since January 2023. Previously, Thomas held the position of Director of Online Product Sales and Service at Off Highway Van from December 2019 to February 2023. Earlier in 2019, Thomas worked as a Wildland Firefighter with United Fire Authority, where responsibilities included controlling and extinguishing wildfires and maintaining firefighting skills. Additionally, Thomas served as a Lacrosse Coach at East High and was the Waterfront and Trip Director at Kanakuk from 2014 to 2018, overseeing a range of watersport activities and camp programming for over 700 campers. Thomas earned a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Palm Beach Atlantic University between 2012 and 2018.
