Felipa Bernard

Felipa Bernard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Coach and Training Moderator at Soliya since October 2016, Felipa is also an Adjunct Professor in Interdepartmental Studies and Business at Bergen Community College. Felipa holds a certification as a Sr. Cross Cultural Facilitator from both the United Nations and Soliya. Previously, Felipa was the Vice President of Human Resources at the Environmental Defense Fund from August 2008 to June 2015 and contributed to employee development at Newsweek for over two decades. Early career roles included Management Education Specialist at American Express and Training Supervisor at Merrill Lynch. Felipa's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Goucher College.
