Katja Frank possesses extensive experience in quality management and process development across various industries. Currently serving as a Kvalitetsledning at Solkompaniet, Katja is focused on establishing a new management system. Previously, Katja held the role of Quality & Process Developer at Newsec, leading improvement groups and managing business solutions using Sharepoint. As Chef Kvalitet och IT at PR Vård, Katja coordinated company-wide projects aimed at continuous improvements in quality and IT support. Katja has also undertaken consulting roles for various organizations, including Swedavia AB, where Katja managed compliance projects related to EASA regulations, and MTR Stockholm AB, where Katja implemented an integrated management system. With a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Mälardalen University, Katja's professional journey reflects a strong commitment to quality assurance and operational excellence.
