Amber Deering MA, ATR, LPC is a licensed professional counselor and art therapist with extensive experience in various therapeutic settings. Amber has been providing therapeutic support to children and adults at the Counseling Center of West Michigan and Sollars and Associates since 2019. Additionally, Amber supports adults with Epilepsy through monthly groups at Mercy Health and has previously worked as an art therapist at Avalon Behavioral Health and The Epilepsy Foundation. With a background in art therapy that spans over a decade, including positions at Western Michigan University's Center for Disability Services and Allegiance Health, Amber focuses on enhancing mental health and wellness through creative expression. Amber holds a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling and Art Therapy from Naropa University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University.

We are a group of psychologists and licensed psychotherapists who share a passion for helping others in their journey toward personal growth and change. Regardless, our therapists, under the clinical direction of Franklin Sollars, PhD, LP, offer confidential and caring treatment for a variety of issues and concerns. We believe that understanding and insight are the keys to change and growth, and work together with clients to bring about healing, change in behavior, and new perspectives. We have more than 40 therapists in six locations, and can offer treatment to clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults and elders. We offer individual, couple, family and group therapy.
