Dan B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan started their career in 1996 as a Principal Inventor at Ideola, Inc. In 2008, they worked as a Solutions Architect at both Covisint and Radiant Logic. In 2011, Dan joined Gartner, where they initially served as an Associate Director before being promoted to Director in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at CME Group as an Executive Director, overseeing IT Security Risk Management. In 2015, they became a Managing Partner at Security Architects Partners and held this role until 2020. Additionally, Dan worked as a Principal Consulting Analyst at TechVision Research from 2019 to 2020. Dan also held executive advisory and cybersecurity roles at CLR80 and Blair Carlisle from 2019 to present and from 2020 to present respectively. Finally, in 2018, Dan joined Solliance as the General Manager of the Cybersecurity & Identity Practice.

Dan B. began their education in 1984 when they attended Lee University for their undergraduate studies. Dan then transferred to Oakland University in 1985 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature and French Literature in 1988. After a few years, in 1994, they pursued further education at Wayne State University, taking MBA coursework until 1995.
