Rodrigo Mall, CHRP, is an experienced professional in organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sollio Groupe Coopératif since February 2023, Rodrigo supports various divisions with competency and leadership development projects. Previous experience at Bell from March 2002 to January 2023 includes roles such as Senior Manager in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, focusing on onboarding, integration, and engagement of early-career professionals as well as managing corporate HR programs. Rodrigo's educational background includes a Post-graduate diploma in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal, a Workplace Mental Health Leadership™ certificate from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Education from UQAM.
