Houssem Sfaxi

Houssem Sfaxi is an accomplished geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Directeur géotechnique at Solmatech inc. and Chargé de cours in soil mechanics at Université de Sherbrooke, Houssem has been influential in both the professional and academic spheres since April 2020. Houssem is also a member of the professional inspection committee at Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec since July 2017. Previous roles include Directeur général at NCL Envirotek, focusing on geotechnics, environment, and quality control of materials, and senior project engineer at exp Global Inc., specializing in soil and materials engineering. Houssem began the career as a junior engineer at Les Laboratoires Richelieu Estrie. Houssem holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and an Engineering degree in Hydraulics and Development from Institut Nation Agronomique de Tunis.
