Franjo Zic

Franjo Zic is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in logistics and catering management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at SOLMED Alliance since November 2012, Franjo leads and mentors staff, develops effective working relationships, and oversees cost control and supply chain management. Franjo has also held various managerial positions, including Warehouse Logistic Manager and Warehouse Manager, demonstrating expertise in achieving departmental KPIs and managing efficient warehousing operations. In the catering industry, Franjo was responsible for large teams and managed extensive operational bases and catering projects. An education in Food and Beverage Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision further supports Franjo's extensive experience. Additionally, Franjo has been involved with Rotary International as a Rotarian since February 2020.
