Kristina Donehew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kristina began their career as a Product Manager for various companies from 2003 to 2012. Kristina then served as a Global Product Manager for Cardinal Health, where they led the global marketing and strategy for the medical supply division. After that, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Straumann, where they managed the patient-specific CAD/CAM portfolio and expanded the franchise in North America.
In 2016, Kristina became a Senior Marketing Manager at RISO, Inc. There, they led a team responsible for public relations, promotions, advertising, social media, events, and channel marketing. Kristina successfully restructured and reorganized the marketing department.
Kristina later joined Carbon in 2018 as the Head of Marketing, Dental. In this role, they led the global marketing team and focused on scaling the company's 3D printing technology in the dental field. Kristina oversaw all strategic aspects of marketing, including field marketing, sales enablement, content, partnerships, product marketing, communications, and events.
From 2016 to 2019, Kristina also worked as a Consultant for various companies, where they led and executed specific projects and programs to help companies progress. Clients included Xcentric Mold & Engineering Inc., exocad, RODO Medical, and Divergent Dental Partners, LLC.
Most recently, Kristina joined Thommen Medical AG in 2019 as the Vice President of Marketing, NAM. Kristina held this position until 2023, overseeing marketing operations for the North American market.
In 2023, they also took on the role of Vice President, Impladent Development at Solmetex, LLC.
